Mary K. Kopley has been a governmental affairs consultant for the past 25 years. Prior to joining the firm, she was the founding partner of Kopley & Ryan Associates. Ms. Kopley built her practice into one of Albany's leading lobbying firms. The broad range of issue areas represented by Ms. Kopley's diverse client base has enhanced her development as an expert of "the process" in Albany, particularly with regard to funding, taxation and economic development.
Ms. Kopley is a native of Homer, New York and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Russell Sage College and has completed graduate coursework in the field of Public Administration. Ms. Kopley remains active at Russell Sage, guest lecturing on topics such as Women in Government, the New York State Legislature, and Grassroots Campaigns. Ms. Kopley received an appointment to the College's Social Sciences Curriculum Committee in May 2000.
